Suntai’s injured aides to be flown to Germany today

An air ambualnce arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja, yasterday to evacuate the injured aides of Taraba State  Governor, Mr.  Danbaba Suntai,  in last month’s plane crash in Yola.

The aides have been receiving treatment at the National Hospital Abuja.
An official of Taraba State government confirmed that the aides would be airlifted at about 9 am, today.
Governor Suntai himself was flown to Germany earlier in the week, leaving his aides behind, an action that sparked a wave of critism across the country.
Lagos lawyer and rights activist Mr. Femi Falana who spearheaded the critism asked the federal and Taraba State government to fly the aides abroad or face a court action.
