The
National Universities Commission on Monday reaffirmed that a doctorate
degree is a prerequisite for the attainment of professorship in the
nation’s university system.
The Executive Secretary of NUC, Prof. Julius Okojie, made the
clarification in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Ilorin.
